Registered Nurse - Field Assessor - LTS

As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence.

• Complete a brief cognitive screening and evaluate the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks.
• Be technologically savvy and able to use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation purposes.

• Ability to collect claimant demographics, physician information, and current medications as part of Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Ability to evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence and perform cognitive screening.
• Comfortable using a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet for real-time documentation.
