MJHS is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide after-hours on-call visits for hospice and palliative care. You will coordinate with the triage center and on-call manager, address urgent patient needs, and establish safe plans of care with the hospice physician.
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an RN license; NYS licensure and CHPN certification within one year of hire are preferred. Proficiency in Word and Excel is expected.
