• Support the management team to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and incrementally improve individual objectives
• Collaborate with training teams to effectively develop a gold standard team
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready‑to‑Wear and Custom‑Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
• Collaborate with store support departments to effectively utilize company resources
• Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for the store team
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership team

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
