Pay Rate: $18.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Saturday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Sunday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, and/or hazards encountered during patrols to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to occupants.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and site policies.
• Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and monitoring entry and exit points as required by the location.
• Support emergency preparedness and response efforts, including participating in drills and following evacuation procedures as needed.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
