Each client undergoes a unique Optimal Health Assessment, allowing us to tailor their plan of care using our services built upon the Four Pillars of Optimal Health: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. Our highly trained professionals focus on the client’s journey.

• Provide constant guidance during Pilates sessions, correcting technique and ensuring clients learn safely.
• Offer alternatives to accommodate different fitness levels.
• Communicate with fellow providers to maintain a full-circle, team approach to wellness and client care.
• Refer to team members when questions arise regarding clients.
• Communicate effectively with the Wellness Lead.
• Ensure safe and proper use of Pilates equipment.
• Build positive and lasting relationships with clients.
• Prepare client notes in Mind Body following each session.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Must be certified by an accredited organization to teach Pilates fitness sessions (mat certification/anatomy certification).
• Certified on all studio apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Barrel).
• Minimum of two years Pilates instructing preferred.
