Senior Tax Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join a well‑established, growing CPA firm serving businesses and individuals. You’ll lead engagements, mentor staff, and make a meaningful impact in client relationships.

• Prepare and review complex individual, business, and trust returns.
• Lead audit, review, compilation, and preparation engagements.
• Oversee financial statement preparation.
• Resolve complex accounting issues.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior staff.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Support planning and advisory; manage client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; master’s in tax a plus.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant public accounting experience (more is great!).
• Strong technical tax knowledge.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Oil and gas tax experience is a plus, but not required.
• Team player.

Target base salary: $80,000-$100,000 + DOE.
