As our Business Development Manager, you'll lead from the front developing strategic partnerships, managing a high-performance sales team, and driving revenue in the construction and renovation space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Design and execute growth strategies targeting $16M+ in annual team sales
• Team Management: Coach and lead a results-driven sales team
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the GC space
• Market Expansion: Drive business in Colorado, Arizona, and Florida
• Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, track metrics, and report on growth initiatives

Who You Are:

• GC Industry Pro: 5+ years of experience in general contracting or renovation business development
• Sales Leader: Proven success managing teams with multi-million-dollar targets
• Strategic Thinker: Knows how to build scalable pipelines and close complex deals
• Results-Oriented: Thrives on performance, accountability, and achieving measurable success
• Willing to Travel: Up to 25% across target market

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $110K $140K
• Commission: 1% on team sales
• Performance Bonus: Reviewed every 6 months
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $300K+ potential
