Responsibilities
  • Lead a team as a player‑coach, managing projects end‑to‑end, overseeing interview activities, data gathering, modeling, and deliverable creation.
  • Identify and implement cost‑reduction opportunities through organizational redesign and elimination of non‑value‑added tasks.
  • Review and analyze Go‑to‑Market strategies, portfolio assessments, pricing, sales compensation plans, and competition.
  • Build financial models and conduct operational analyses, including synergy and one‑time cost tracking.
  • Provide project management support (PMO) and governance to clients during cost‑takeout, transaction, and integration processes.
  • Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Lucid, Power BI, and generative AI to track progress and deliver timely solutions.
  • Guide clients through crisis management and rapid implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Develop operational data analytics, KPI metrics, and provide actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
  • Lead work streams, oversee junior staff work, and prepare client‑ready deliverables and presentations.
  • Build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support marketing initiatives and pitch preparation.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff both formally and informally.
Qualifications
  • General Skills
  • High energy, passion for healthcare, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Minimum 12 years of healthcare experience, preferably with a Med Tech focus across commercial, engineering, operations, or finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, SPSS, and benchmarking.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to run engagements with minimal oversight.
  • Deep understanding of the M&A process, including due diligence and integration.
  • Knowledge of Med Tech value chain, manufacturing COGS, CRO/CMO/CDMO dynamics, and PE firm engagements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; willingness to travel as required.
  • BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration (MHA/MPH) or related fields.
  • Commercial Skills
  • Familiarity with pricing structures, GPO/IDN agreements, and contract negotiation.
  • Understanding of commercial channels, sales compensation, Medicare, and managed care landscape.
  • Experience with product profitability analysis.
  • Operational Skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, S&OP, and inventory management.
  • Understanding of vendor consolidation and insource vs. outsourcing models.
Benefits & Compensation

Annual base salary range: $160,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience). A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.

Full‑time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for A&M fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary employer contributions.
