Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their Managed Services organization. This consultant will be a key player in product strategy, fostering customer relationships, and leading product initiatives.

We are looking for a highly personable, proactive, and resilient product leader with a diverse professional background, strong business acumen, and the ability to take complex initiatives already in flight and drive them across the finish line.

Seeking a Strong, Confident Product Manager Who Combines

- The ability to assess what’s already in motion and successfully deliver outcomes
- Own and manage products throughout the full lifecycle: discovery, recommendation, development, and implementation
- Conduct competitive and market research (up to 50% initially) to identify new business opportunities, particularly within:
- Hospitality
- Higher Education
- Churches
- Arenas
- Develop written business cases and recommendation artifacts outlining:
- Market opportunity
- Competitive landscape
- Financial upside and credible market share
- Path to market within 12 months
- Act as Product Owner to execute approved initiatives through development and launch
- Partner with Project Management to:
- Define scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets
- Drive milestones and deliverables
- Ensure effective change management
- Provide day‑to‑day direction to cross‑functional teams
- Establish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Prepare and present documentation, status updates, budgets, and executive‑level materials
- Take products from ideation to market deployment with measurable revenue impact
- Senior‑level Product Management experience managing products end‑to‑end
- Demonstrated experience where competitive landscape analysis was a core responsibility
- Proven ability to take initiatives from concept to market launch
- Experience managing multiple projects over extended timelines
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
- Direct experience working with or selling into:
- Hotels / Hospitality
- Schools or Universities
- Arenas
- Churches
- OR experience as a technology decision‑maker (e.g., IT Director) within these environments
- MBA or equivalent experience developing business models and strategic recommendations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong quantitative skills
- Prior success launching products generating $1M+ in annual revenue
- Experience operating at scale within a $100M+ business unit
- Comfortable leading without relying heavily on Agile/Scrum frameworks
