Starting annual salary $46,758 to $77,528 (based on education & experience step and ladder, max 9 years teaching experience credit)

- Classroom Strategies and Behaviors:

Execute engaging lessons daily, evaluate lesson efficacy, integrate LiFE themes into the core curriculum, and lead impactful programs to develop strong Leadership, Finance, and Entrepreneurship skills in students. Ensure effective scaffolding of learning, practice, and mastery of these skills in yourself and your students. - Plan and Prepare:
Plan and prepare for lessons and units, resources and technology, needs of neurodiverse learners and differentiated learning styles, implementation of culturally responsive classrooms. - Develop and Maintain Strong, Positive and Productive Partnerships:
Communicate proactively, positively and consistently with students, parents, teammates, and our community, fostering a collaborative and supportive community. - Reflect on Teaching:
Evaluate personal performance as well as develop and implement a professional growth plan. - Collegiality and Professionalism:
