We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help deliver constellations of satellites into operation. As a York PM, you will work directly with our customers to satisfy all contractual obligations and work closely with York executive leadership to keep our deliveries on track, guiding the team through the full program lifecycle and achieving our payment milestones on time.

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and adherence to program scope.
- Collaborate across departments, including Contracts, Supply Chain, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Production, and Finance, to ensure on‑time delivery and alignment with contractual commitments.
- Effectively communicate work streams to senior leadership and customers.
- Manage contract changes by clearly outlining the scope, schedule, and cost implications.
- Identify and assess program risks, communicating mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Work closely with customers on contract modifications, reviews, and technical performance milestones.
- Deliver engaging presentations and foster strong interpersonal relationships with customers, with the ability to tactfully manage expectations.
- Lead full‑lifecycle satellite development, from kickoff to delivery and ultimately operation.
- Direct experience in major design reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR) and have experienced a majority of the standard program lifecycle. Operational experience is a plus.
- A strong understanding of USG contracts and their artifacts to make sure we perform the work we are on contract for. FFP contract knowledge and experience is a plus.
- You must have experience in modifying the technical and programmatic portions of a USG contract (or equivalent).
- A current TS/SCI or you must be immediately TS/SCI eligible.
- Experience in briefing customer and company leadership and have a refined skill set for delivering results.
- Creative problem‑solving examples that span technical, programmatic, and contractual responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related technical field (a business degree with aerospace or production experience may be considered).
- 6+ years of experience as a program manager in aerospace or a related field.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to managing complex projects.
