The Mechanical Buildings Design Group provides HVAC and plumbing solutions. Our overall team supports projects across the globe. In this role, you may have the opportunity to participate in and lead engineering and design of the HVAC and plumbing systems in various types of facilities, including Data Centers.

This specific position will focus on:

• Design and construction activities, including project delivery methods such as traditional Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Conceptual-Bid-Build
• DesigningHVACandplumbingsystemsforprimarily Hyper Scaleand Colocation Data Center design  associated with administrative and support spaces
• Supporting additional areas such as Administrative, Warehouse, Maintenance, Workshop, Laboratory, Chemical Storage&Handling,Electrical Distribution Center ,Low&Medium Voltage Switchgear ,Pump Areas, Engine Generator, Blowers/Air Compressors, and Flammable & Combustible Liquids Storage
• Conducting Data Center airflow CFD modeling for interior and exterior spaces
• Conductingenergyaudit/efficiency studies,code review/application,andsustainabledesign/LEEDapplication of sustainable strategies
• Developing engineering skills while working on challenging projects
