Institutional Consulting Services (ICS) is comprised of institutional client businesses providing enhanced client coverage and greater efficiencies across the platforms supporting institutional products. The Fiduciary Consulting Group ("FCG"), formed through the strategic combination of Hyas Group and Cook Street Consulting, provides bespoke investment consulting and fiduciary solutions to institutional clients throughout the United States and Canada.
We currently seek a full-time entry-level Analyst to begin work immediately in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office.

Responsibilities- Direct client & consultant support

FCG’s Performance Reporting Department is responsible for supporting our consultants with client relationships. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is interested in a long-term career in the investment consulting industry.

- Ambitious – We are a growing independent boutique with around 35 full-time employees. We are looking for someone with a long-term interest in Cook Street and in growth opportunities in one or more of our business divisions (research, consulting, operations, reporting), as well as across the broader Morgan Stanley organization.
- Undergraduate degree required. Applicants with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the financial services industry, regardless of educational background, are encouraged to apply.
- Ideal candidate for this position will have 0‑5 years of previous experience in a similar role within the investment or consulting industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with investment and financial analysis platforms such as Bloomberg, eVestment, and Morningstar Direct is preferred.
- Desire to progress toward the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation (if not already attained).
- Ability to work 40+ hours when business needs dictate.

Salary range for the position: $57,000 to $110,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and participation in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
