A leading rural bank is looking to add a Process Analyst II to their Business Process Team in Greenwood Village, CO. This person will evaluate and assess various processes and compose plans that use analysis to improve overall business performance. They will gather necessary information, perform data analysis, and maintain data and analysis for future use in financial planning. They will critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate high quality of final analysis and report on complex data to stakeholders to meet customer needs.

• Collaborate with teams to apply insights and improve business performance.

• Lean / six Sigma: 3-5 years of experience
• Agile methodology experience
• Experience in regulated industries
• Financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, R/Python)
• Technical/IT acumen
• Professional proficiency in GPT/Copilot
• Knowledge of data and database structure

• Banking and finance experience
• Exposure to IT development

They will critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate high quality of final analysis and need to report on complex data to stakeholders to meet customer needs.

This role is able to pay between $30-$45 per hour. The Business Process Team creates exposure and opportunity across the bank. You might see loan and lease, improve how money moves, or help sales and operations teams do their best work.
