As a Medical Aesthetician
, you’ll be the expert guide for our clients—helping them understand their skin, develop long-term treatment plans, and build trust in your expertise. You’ll conduct thorough consultations using
VISIA imaging
, perform advanced laser and skincare treatments, and collaborate closely with the team to deliver
exceptional service and sales performance
.

• Perform high-level laser and aesthetic treatments including
  BBL, MOXI, HALO, TRL/Profractional, Morpheus8, Tixel, Skin Pen, chemical peels, facials,and more.
• Conduct full consultations and build
  customized, year-long care plans
  for new and existing patients.
• Cross-sell services and retail products to
  meet individual and team sales goals
  .
• Maintain
  client records, VISIA photo documentation,and ensure treatment rooms are pristine and compliant.
• Participate in
  weekly social media video content
  aligned with the practice calendar.
• Follow up with leads, manage outreach, and build lasting
  patient relationships
  .
• Engage in
  quarterly marketing events, product promotions,and brand representation.

• A current
  Colorado Aesthetician license
  (Laser certification preferred)
• 3+ years of experience
  in a medical aesthetics setting (required)
• High-level laser skills (
  Sciton experience
  is a major plus!)
• Sales excellence
  with a 75%+ close rate on consultations and 40%+ product attach rate
• A polished, positive, and
  professional demeanor
  with exceptional customer service
• Strong
  organization, follow-up,and time management skills
• Comfort on camera with a willingness to participate in
  educational video content
• A collaborative,
  can-do team spirit
