Someone who gets a rush from finding and flipping passive candidates into active hires.
Someone who can handle rejection, think creatively, and stay sharp under pressure.

—Linked In, cold calls, meetups, referral mining. - Own the relationship with hiring managers—don’t just “take reqs,”
challenge them
. - Relentlessly recruit top-tier engineers in a highly competitive talent market.
- Think like a marketer
—pitch roles in ways that attract AND convert. - Track, report, and optimize your process. No fluff. Just data and results.
- Stay on top of industry shifts—know what engineers want before they ask for it.
- 1–5 years of agency recruiting experience (engineering preferred)
- Killer phone skills—you thrive in high-energy conversations
- Self-motivation so strong it’s borderline annoying (we love that here)
- The hustle and hunger to compete and win daily
- Ability to manage multiple reqs without dropping the ball
- Grit. Period.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Sales or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sales preferably in the engineering field.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- A proactive approach to recruiting and building candidate relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
