Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Pay Rate: Up to $40/hour

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding support
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advise on recruiting strategies, and present qualified candidates
• Screen, interview, and evaluate professional and technical candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and culture
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a high-touch, positive candidate experience
• Support change initiatives by coaching leaders on updated recruiting processes, compensation alignment, and people development strategies

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally within engineering or technical environments
• Strong ability to manage diverse recruiting needs while maintaining a consultative, business-focused mindset
• Proven experience delivering high-quality candidate experiences in low-turnover, high-touch environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Seek Out, and applicant tracking systems (ISIMs a plus)
