• Lead the vision:
  Define and execute Augu Star’s digital strategy across web, social, email, and paid media channels.
• Create exceptional experiences:
  Optimize our web properties and conversion funnels to attract, engage, and retain customers.
• Champion performance:
  Implement SEO, ADA compliance, and best-in-class practices to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Grow our reach:
  Develop and oversee organic and paid digital campaigns (Linked In, Google Ads, etc.) that drive measurable growth.
• Make data your guide:
  Use analytics and marketing tech tools to evaluate performance and inform smarter decisions.
• Stay ahead of trends:
  Identify emerging digital opportunities to keep Augu Star at the forefront of the industry.
• Inspire through content:
  Oversee engaging digital content -- from blogs and videos to interactive tools educating and connecting with our audiences.
• Collaborate across teams:
  Partner with marketing, product, sales, compliance, and technology to align efforts and amplify impact.

  Build, mentor, and empower a team of digital marketing professionals as our capabilities expand.

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, web development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or web development -- experience in financial services is a plus.
• Expertise in SEO, social media advertising, content strategy, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Experience with Word Press or similar CMS platforms.
• A data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with experience partnering across senior and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven leadership experience managing digital teams and agency partners.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms like Salesforce.
