Location: Broomfield, CO (On-site)

• Build, implement, and optimize dashboards and monitoring solutions in Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Integrate new data sources and interpret logic files to drive meaningful operational insights.
• Partner closely with Platform, SRE, Dev Ops, and Operations teams to improve visibility and reliability.
• Troubleshoot observability issues, prioritize work independently, and make sound technical decisions with limited direction.
• Support ongoing enhancement of monitoring standards, metric hygiene, and alert frameworks.
• Work within established enterprise security and tooling constraints while still pushing for best practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture.

• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and working with observability toolsets.
• Ability to read, understand, and work with logic files and data structures.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with clear prioritization and decision‑making frameworks.
• Experience in operations‑minded engineering environments (Platform/SRE/Dev Ops/Ops support).
• Understanding of enterprise environments, security boundaries, and approved‑tool workflows.

• Exposure to Amazon Q or other AI‑agent tools.
• General understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to tooling automation.
• Broader background across 2–3 observability platforms rather than a single specialization.
• Prior experience supporting Ops teams in a monitoring‑focused role.

Pay Range: $55-$60 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
