Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Duties:
- Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects
- Align project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals
- Manage multiple projects and programs, and orchestrate the results to achieve a broad program goal ensuring that governance controls are in place
- Plan and implement schedules and monitor program from inception through delivery
- Define and report program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics
- Identify and monitor areas of risk
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
- Manage and utilize resources across projects
- Seek opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule
- Build and manage budgets
- Facilitate communication and coordination among projects
- Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program
- 2+ years of experience
- Well versed on best practices in Software Development and an agile coach
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Able to keep up with the technical conversations
- Able to lead and guide teams
