Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Specialized Software Developer III.

Summary:

Join a growing analytics team focused on delivering impactful data visualization and business insights. As a Software Developer, you will design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support customer retention, sales initiatives, and key business strategies. This role combines technical skill with collaboration, supporting teams across the organization with clear, data-driven findings.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards for multiple business functions
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and deliver insights
• Interpret large datasets and communicate key trends to stakeholders
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the analytics library and visualization standards
• Understand data pipelines and ETL processes

• Proficiency in Tableau and advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, unions)
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments
• Experience with Power BI is a plus (Tableau preferred)
• Comfort working in collaborative, fast-paced environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
