ServiceNow Asset Management SME

Join our dynamic team as an Asset Management Specialist, where you'll leverage your expertise in Service Now to enhance and support asset management processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless integration into our new Service Now environment.

• Collaborate with the asset management team to assess current practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure effective implementation of asset management workflows in the new Service Now system.
• Provide expertise in leveraging Service Now to support and enhance asset management processes.
• Strengthen the reliability and maturity of the organization's asset management capabilities.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth transition for candidates during the hiring process.

• Proven experience in asset management with a strong understanding of core processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Service Now, particularly within asset management modules.
• Ability to translate current processes into effective Service Now implementations.
• Strong communication skills to guide teams through process adoption.
• Minimum education requirement:
  High School Diploma.

• Experience in identifying opportunities to optimize business processes.
• Background in supporting system transitions or implementations in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Service Now implementation and development.
