UX Designer IV (Hybrid – Greenwood Village, CO)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications organization, is looking for a senior UX designer to shape the future of complex digital products used s is a role for a hands‑on designer who thrives in collaborative, cross‑functional teams and enjoys seeing their work come to life from concept to launch.

In this role, you will craft intuitive, user‑centered experiences while partnering with engineering, product, and analytics teams to turn business goals into elegant, scalable design solutions.

Experience of the right candidate:
  • Seven or more years of UX design experience on complex digital platforms or products.
  • Strong skills in wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with CAD and technical design constraints.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple design initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Your key responsibilities:
  • Design user‑centered experiences that improve usability, efficiency, and satisfaction.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure design solutions meet technical and business needs.
  • Evaluate product success post‑launch and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and insights.
  • Maintain consistency across design systems while adapting solutions to evolving requirements.
  • Contribute both independently and collaboratively within a larger UX and product team.
