We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a solid background in construction law.

• Managing all phases of the litigation process including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, settlements, trial, and appeal.
• Handling a variety of construction law matters including contract disputes, construction defects, delay claims, and other related issues.
• Providing legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments.
• Collaborating with team members to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a litigation associate, ideally in construction law.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of litigation process and court procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and composure under pressure.
