Responsibilities

As a Litigation Associate, you will:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of various litigation matters, including property disputes, landlord‑tenant conflicts, title issues, and contract disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Prepare for, attend, and participate in trials and hearings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather information, and advocate for client interests.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Colorado State Bar and in good standing.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in civil litigation with preference for real estate litigation experience.
  • Strong preference for trial experience and desire to go to trial.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
  • Competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000+) commensurate with experience.
