As a Litigation Associate, you will:
- Handle a diverse caseload of various litigation matters, including property disputes, landlord‑tenant conflicts, title issues, and contract disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Prepare for, attend, and participate in trials and hearings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather information, and advocate for client interests.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Colorado State Bar and in good standing.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in civil litigation with preference for real estate litigation experience.
- Strong preference for trial experience and desire to go to trial.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
