Lexus of Greenwood Village is looking for a Parts Manager to join their team!
What will you do?- Manage all aspects of parts department operations
- Offer and ensure the store provides the highest level of customer service
- Return a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory
- Develop and maintain proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising
- Promote parts standards for superior customer, employee, and dealership management
- Work with manufacturer and obtain required parts metrics
- Supervise, coach, counsel, and objectively evaluate employees and their performance
- Apply basic accounting procedures/transactions
- Interact with and motivate parts employees and parts/service‑related employees
- Communicate with customers, manufacturer representatives, and vendors
- High School diploma or GED;
College degree preferred and 5+ years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum 5+ years dealership parts experience in shipping/receiving, parts counter sales, assistant manager, or similar; working knowledge of car repair and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently, devise new or modify existing methods, techniques, procedures to meet parts requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain parts concepts, processes or ideas to parts employees and dealership management.
- Someone who can function successfully within a dealership management team.
$125k - $150k annually (depending on experience)
