ONE Hospice and Family Care is looking for an RN to work Thursday-Monday day shift, 40 hours per week. This role offers a comprehensive care environment within one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers.

- Follow the plan of care and provide treatments to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act, including specialized duties related to end‑of‑life care.
- Coordinate hospice services and report identified needs to the interdisciplinary team, including Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, and Chaplain.
- Manage pain and symptom relief for patients.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Driver’s License (DL).
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse Diploma.
1 year of experience required. Prior hospice or end‑of‑life care experience is preferred.
