As a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll provide compassionate, personalized support to patients receiving end‑of‑life care – often over the course of several weeks or months. You’ll work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team who cares for patients like family. Together, you’ll bring comfort, dignity, and guidance to patients and their loved ones throughout their hospice journey.

• Providing hands‑on nursing care in the home or facility by managing symptoms, administering medications, and helping patients stay comfortable.
• Observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the RN and care team to ensure timely, coordinated care.
• Documenting patient status, care provided, and important updates clearly and promptly to ensure safety and continuity across the care team.
• Supporting patients and families with guidance, compassion, and practical education to prepare them for care routines, medications, and end‑of‑life care.
• Collaborating with the care team to provide smooth, patient‑centered care.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse.
• (DL) Driver License.
• Vocational School Graduate.

Occasional/Intermittent Required.

1 Year Experience Required.
