Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. • Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Assist with order fulfillment, customer service, and basic administrative tasks.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as needed.
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations.
• Maintain time management, attention to detail, and high integrity in daily duties.
