Responsibilities:
• Develop new Relationships with industry partners that fit our culture and our avatar
• Provide first-class customer service to new and existing partners
• Promote, support, and uphold the team's reputation with positivity and professionalism
• Cultivate ideas and creativity to promote the team brand
• Drive participation and engagement in events
• Proactively engage with potential new clients and customers with confidence and positivity
• Set up appointments for the Branch Manager
• Input client information into CRM and create and execute a follow-up plan
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varied workload
• Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized
• Motivated by income potential and financially driven
• Competitive mindset
• Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly

• Creative and outside-of-the-box thinker that can bring new ideas to the table Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 + DOE opportunity to earn bonus

Compensation:
$55,000-$60,000 per year
