Key Responsibilities- Own the consult (sales) process throughout the sales cycle.
- Educate prospective patients on Clear Choice’s services.
- Follow up with prospective patients via calls and outreach.
- Build payment plans that align with patients’ financial needs.
- Create a robust sales book by proactive outreach, community engagement, and lead generation.
- Utilize lead generation and community engagement to build a robust pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless transition from consult to procedure.
- Manage the referral‑based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify future patients.
- Collaborate with doctors and general managers to create and drive sales.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- 5 years of direct‑to‑consumer consultative sales experience.
- Experience with loan origination and interest rates.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Base salary of $60,000 – $70,000 plus uncapped performance‑based commissions. Anticipated total compensation range $120,000 – $140,000. LocationMid‑Atlantic Region – traveling across the region as required.
