We’re searching for talented and trustworthy team players who have the desire to continually develop new skills. Our locations include Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen and Pappasito’s Cantina. Duties include the maintenance and service of restaurant kitchen equipment, including laundry equipment, beverage systems, boilers, ice machines, coolers and HVAC work.

• CFC Certification Type II or better
• 3 Years HVAC/Refrigeration experience
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Must enjoy working in a team environment
