How You Stand Out:

Education:

• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification is required .
• NATE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

• 1+ years HVAC technician experience is essential.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and people skills to build trust and educate customers.
• Ability to use tools and technology for creating reports, invoicing, and collecting payments.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required .

Your Role In Action:

• Diagnostics and Repair:
  Enter customers’ homes to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems professionally and efficiently.
• Reporting:
  Build accurate and thorough reports on potential repairs or issues.
• Customer Consultation:
  Discuss repair options, estimates, and solutions with customers to ensure they can make informed decisions.
• Billing and Payments:
  Complete invoices with accurate pricing and process customer payments.
