• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Perform general maintenance projects and respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.
• Communicate positively with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other governing jurisdictions.

• Experience performing maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire protection, and related equipment.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance work orders and company policies.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service focus.
