Android Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Android Developer in Greenwood Village, CO.

The Android Developer will be responsible for building automated test suites, analyzing Android system logs, and validating mobile platform features. This role does not involve UI testing. Work focuses on Python automation, Android device behavior, connectivity/WiFi feature validation, and CI/CD integration.

• Develop Python automation frameworks and custom libraries (Behave/Gherkin, PEP8)
• Execute system-level Android tests using ADB and capture/debug logcat/radio logs
• Test Android features including eSIM, Multi-SIM, telephony, networking, and Wi Fi
• Maintain Git Lab pipelines, containerized test environments (Docker/Podman), and Artifactory artifacts
• Perform REST API testing and manage test data using SQL/No
  
  SQL databases
• Participate in Agile sprints, maintain test cases, and contribute to automation strategy

• Strong Python automation experience
• Git Lab CI/CD hands-on experience
• SQL/No
  
  SQL knowledge
• Android OS/device testing expertise
• ADB proficiency and advanced log analysis
• API testing (REST, JSON, XML)
• Familiarity with Java/Kotlin for troubleshooting is helpful

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
