As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, and offering solutions.
- Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
- Performing store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
- Completing Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
- Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
- Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Ask, and Appreciate. - Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
- Providing peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
