But finding the right solution often starts with a conversation—and that’s where you come in.  As a Consumer Sales Support Representative, you play an important role in the customer experience, helping consumers understand their options, choose the right products, and feel confident in their purchasing decisions.

Whether you’re answering a question by phone, guiding someone through a website, or recommending a solution over chat or email, you help turn an initial inquiry into a positive experience and a potential sale.  This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the value of great customer service, and is motivated by finding solutions that meet customer needs.##

What you’ll doYou’ll be a key point of contact for consumers throughout their buying journey, combining customer service with consultative sales.  You’ll answer product and order questions, recommend suitable VELUX solutions, prepare quotations, and help customers understand how daylight and ventilation can improve their homes.  You’ll also support sales campaigns and new product launches, assist with basic technical questions, and work with other departments to resolve customer concerns and keep things moving.  

Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen the customer relationship, and help someone find the right VELUX solution.## What you’ll bring

You have an associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant customer service or sales experience. You communicate clearly, enjoy solving problems, and can explain product information in a way that makes sense to customers.  You’re comfortable managing multiple inquiries, working with computer systems and Microsoft Office, and balancing customer needs with accuracy and timely follow-up.  Experience in a call center, sales, SAP, or the building-products industry is a plus.
