About the Job

The Professional Recruiter develops new client relationships through sales calls, presentations, and networking. You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of professional candidates and match them with reputable companies across South Central Indiana. Our team operates with clear goals, accountability, and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Business Development & Sales- build and maintain account list through sales activities
• Job Order Qualification - understand job duties, skills required and environment
• Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development - recruiting and sourcing daily to fill matrix
• Candidate Qualification & Interviewing – interview, reference check and match to openings
• Relationship Building- use consultative approach to build strong relationships, existing and new
