We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform complex data into actionable insights. This role will play a key part in supporting decision‑making through data‑driven solutions and automation.

• Create department‑specific reports and dashboards based on a range of data sources.
• Take complicated problems and repetitive tasks and build simple, automated solutions.
• Evaluate internal systems and processes for inefficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and implement solutions.
• Work directly with managers, subject matter experts, and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or a combination of education and business experience.
• Experience in using programming and analytics platforms, including Python, VB, Java, MS Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn other analytics tools.
• Proficient in data querying, report generation, and delivering clear presentations of results.
