AWS/CES is seeking an Automotive Warehouse Supervisor for the 1st shift in Greenwood, IN. This direct-hire opportunity offers a salary range of $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience.
Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations at a high-volume automotive warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader with proven experience in automotive warehousing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and delivery goals.
- Ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements, safety policies, and OSHA standards.
- Monitor labor, workflow, and performance metrics to achieve operational targets.
- Coordinate with management and cross‑functional teams to support production and customer schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization.
- Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Lead experience in an automotive warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive logistics, inventory control, and material flow.
- Experience supervising hourly teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with Tier 1 automotive suppliers or OEM distribution centers.
- Familiarity with WMS systems and KPI tracking.
