What you’ll take on (2nd shift)
Provide daily direction, training, and cross‑training to fabrication operators; plan, assign, and coordinate work to the schedule.

Review work orders, operation sheets, part numbers, and drawings to ensure correct setup and execution.

Conduct periodic in‑process checks for visual and dimensional conformity.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area; report and follow up on any machine issues or malfunctions.

Partner with the supervisor to drive teamwork, product accuracy, and adherence to company procedures.

Assist with interviewing, hiring, performance appraisal, recognition, coaching/discipline, complaint handling, and problem resolution.

Experience and skills

High school diploma or GED.Three or more years in a fabrication environment.

Preferably, a college degree and prior leadership/supervisory experience.

Comfort with GD&T, blueprint reading, and leading frontline teams.
