Registered Nurse - Greenwood, IN - 32 hours Weekly

The RN works with a concierge physician to provide healthcare services for corporate clients. Marathon Health nurses handle front and back‑office duties, including patient assessment, communication with physicians, and ensuring necessary resources are available. In this highly visible role, the nurse is a key resource for patients and must meet satisfaction goals.

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions

Clinical:

• Interview and assess patients, obtain medical information and report findings to the physician
• Extensive use of an Electronic Medical Record
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests; coordinate with contracted labs for additional tests
• Assist with medical procedures and administer injections and vaccinations
• Coordinate off‑site wellness events as needed
• Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic equipment (e.g., O2 therapy, EKG)
• Implement infection control procedures throughout the clinic
• Manage supplies and inventory

Administrative:

• Maintain patient flow in accordance with scheduling and calls
• Coordinate specialist visits, referrals, and other care outside the clinic
• Respond to calls from patients, pharmacies, and other medical offices as directed by the physician
• Fulfill medical record requests and abstraction
• Create a positive and supportive experience for each patient during their visit

Current BLS certification and a nursing license to practice in the state of application. Minimum of one year experience in primary care and at least two years in an administrative capacity. Exceptional phlebotomy skills required.

$56,000 - $64,000/yr for a 32hrs a week schedule. (Actual offer may vary with location and experience.)
