- Guaranteed 32 hours per week, up to 40 hours – no on‑call required.
- Flexible to cover shifts across multiple locations within the state; you must be available during operational hours Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Hourly pay range: $52.00–$72.00
- Non‑production based compensation package

Job Requirements – Nurse Practitioner
- Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification
- Independent practice provider preferred (per state regulation)
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing
- CPR/BLS certification required at start date
- Independent family practice experience (wellness, chronic care, urgent visits) preferred
- DOT Certification not required, but may be requested for future services
