• Longer appointments: 20‑to‑60 minutes

Practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of your license. Offer holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. • Guaranteed 32 hours per week, up to 40 hours – no on‑call required.
• Flexible to cover shifts across multiple locations within the state; you must be available during operational hours Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

• Hourly pay range: $52.00–$72.00
• Non‑production based compensation package

• DOT Certification not required, but may be requested for future services
