RN House Supervisor – Nights
Valle Vista Health System is a 132‑bed mental health hospital located at 989 East Main Street, Greenwood, IN. We provide comprehensive treatment across psychiatric disorders and are committed to high‑quality patient care within a team of RNs, LPNs, and Unit Coordinators.
Responsibilities- Directly supervise assigned nursing staff in accordance with hospital policies and applicable laws.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff, including workforce planning, assignment of duties, performance appraisal, and recognition.
- Investigate complaints and partner with senior leadership to resolve issues and explore performance improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

- Current license to practice nursing in IN (or eligible to receive or renew)
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing; management experience preferred
- Associate of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited program required;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing strongly preferred
