6am-2:30pm, 6 days per pay, includes every other weekend

• Starting pay at $30/hour, plus experience pay
• $2 shift differential for evening/night shifts
• $3 shift differential for weekend shifts

• Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction
• Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations
• Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow-up needs
• Supervise nursing personnel and provide job-specific guidance
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

• A passion for providing high-quality care

• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• LPN from accredited or state approved school of nursing preferred.
• Valid Indiana LPN License
