- Conduct risk-based incoming raw material and packaging evaluations for fruits, sweeteners, functional ingredients, and packaging categories.
- Execute raw material and supplier review of shelf life by coordinating documentation, technical review, and internal approvals.
- Support supplier setup, approval, COA requirements, and raw material testing setup in Trace Gains under direction of the Senior Manager.
- Own and maintain CCFF internal raw material specifications for assigned ingredients, ensuring current requirements and approvals are documented.
- Collect, review, and track supplier approval and monitoring documentation, including specifications, certificates, questionnaires, test results, and corrective actions.
- Monitor assigned supplier performance and escape gaps, recurring issues, late documentation, or emerging risks.
- Support investigation and documentation of supplier-related nonconformances, plant rejections, customer complaints, and CAPA actions.
- Manage Organic and Kosher compliance documentation for assigned ingredients and support other applicable certification requirements.
- Provide on-site compliance support for Greenwood for certifications, coordinating with the Regulatory & Compliance Manager and plant Quality team.
- Support supplier audits and follow-up activities, including evidence collection, action tracking, and closure verification.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and status reporting to support timely decisions and supplier quality KPIs.

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of food manufacturing experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, food safety, regulatory compliance, or raw material management (experience in fruits, sweeteners, functional ingredients a plus).
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, supplier approval, specifications, COA review, incoming material controls, and RCA/CAPA principles.
- Experience with food ingredients, supplier documentation, certifications, and quality or regulatory databases preferred.
- Experience with Trace Gains or a comparable supplier quality platform preferred.
- Experience utilizing ERP systems to support ingredient traceability, inventory control, and raw material management.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
