• Follow chef-created prep lists to plan duties
• Label and organize ingredients on shelves for easy access
• Wash, chop vegetables, cut meat, and prepare cooking ingredients
• Undertake basic cooking duties like reducing sauces and parboiling
• Prepare simple dishes
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Store food and items properly
• Follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
