Aesthetics Sales Consultant: Body Sculpting Focus

Location: Greenwood Village (DTC area of Denver)

Compensation: $30/hr + uncapped commissions

AOB Med Spa is Colorado’s premier destination for advanced aesthetics and one of the top medical spas in the U.S. We’re expanding our team with an Aesthetics Sales Consultant — a sales‑driven professional who will guide patients through life‑changing treatment journeys while learning our full suite of services.

• Consult & Recommend
  :
  Lead patient consultations and design personalized treatment plans that may include body contouring and medical weight loss.
• Sell Comprehensive Solutions
  :
  Confidently close high‑value, multi‑service plans to maximize results and revenue.
• Educate & Inspire
  :
  Clearly explain procedures and product lines to help patients make empowered choices.
• Create Demand
  :
  Contribute to social content (reels, before/afters, quick tips), events, and referral programs.
• Be Accountable
  :
  Track KPIs, achieve revenue goals, perform outreach, and collaborate with our high‑performing team.

• Proven sales success: 2+ years of luxury, retail, or service‑based sales background required.
• Consultative sales: skilled in asking the right questions, overcoming objections, and closing with confidence.
• Polished, professional presence and stellar customer service.
• Self‑starter attitude: organized, motivated, and thrives with accountability.
• Comfort being on camera for simple social reels or patient education clips.

Bonus: prior aesthetics or wellness experience, Zenoti/EMR knowledge, bilingual, or content creation skills.
