As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Greenwood, IN
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to deter security‑related incidents while remaining highly visible and provide outstanding customer service and communication to everyone onsite.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.22 / Hour

• Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to deter unauthorized entry.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and client site policies.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
