Our Pipe Layers repair existing issues outside each customer’s home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5‑star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home.

Pipe Layers have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work.

• Partner with the crew leader and operators to install and/or repair water and sewer lines for residential customers.
• Consistently represent yourself as a professional and 'industry knowledgeable' which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
• Communicate effectively with team members at each stage of a task.
• Always maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Be excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

• 1+ Year's in the Water/Sewer Industry
• Experience with Irrigation
• For hire License Required (Or Ability to Earn Quickly)
• High School Diploma or GED
